“These scholarships are an investment in Annie’s and Hannah’s futures,” said Shelley Carlson, vice president of marketing for Texas Trust. “We hope the scholarships will help them advance their education so they can pursue careers they are passionate about.”
The Lamanda Higginbotham scholarship is named for the wife of former Texas Trust board member Don Higginbotham. The Lou Nabors Engineering scholarship is in memory of a past board member. Each scholarship recipient receives $1,000 per year for up to four years.
