Debra Bruce, President of Lawyer-Coach LLC, based in Houston, TX, has been invited to speak at the University of Houston Law Center on March 13, 2008.

Houston, TX, March 10, 2008 --(PR.com)-- On February 12, 2008, Debra Bruce accepted an invitation from Prof. John Ventura to speak to the Consumer Law class at the University of Houston Law Center. She has been requested to talk on March 13, 2008 about “Time Management Strategies for Lawyers.” This is an encore performance for Ms. Bruce. She also spoke to the Consumer Law class last year on February 15, 2007.

"Most law schools do a good job of teaching law students how to think like a lawyer and how to determine what the law is. Few schools teach the students much about the business of practicing law, however. I am delighted that the University of Houston Law Center offers students an opportunity to learn about this essential law practice management skill. Even veteran lawyers struggle with tremendous time management pressures,” said Debra Bruce, founder of Lawyer-Coach LLC.

Lawyer-Coach LLC offers programs and coaching to lawyers and law firms across the U.S. and Canada on the practice management issues lawyers face, including business development, time management and people management skills. Debra Bruce, JD, PCC, practiced law 18 years before becoming a trained Executive Coach in 2000. She is the Vice Chair of the Law Practice Management Committee of the State Bar of Texas.
