Babya Discontinues Babya Photo Workshop

Queensland, Australia, March 11, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Babya today announced that it has ceased development of all Babya Photo Workshop products as of today.

Babya has decided to not release new versions of Babya Photo Workshop for Mac and Babya Photo Workshop Express for Windows and instead is pursuing a new photo software strategy.

Babya announced that it was going to release a 2008 version for the Mac in October 2007.

Babya previously announced in August 2007 their intentions to cease development of Babya Photo Workshop for this platform.

This means development on the Mac and PC has completely ceased and they are transiting to the BabyaOne brand for consumer image editing software (Windows only).

In conjuction with this, the Babya Photo Workshop brand will no longer be in existence.

Babya's A.A. Fussy stated, "We are extremely sad to confirm that there will be no more Babya Photo Workshop versions to be developed and released. However, we are going to move forward with a new photo software strategy"
