A former Loan Officer based out of Irvine, California has been building a place where the truth is told about mortgages and homeownership. Entering the mortgage industry in 2006, John Crenshaw was appalled at the absolute lack of honesty in the industry. Four months in, and after leaving the "chop shop" he started at, he had the idea to create a website where homeowners could find honest, straightforward advice and insight into the lending process.
