The Writers Group, from leading social media channel meetup.com, has released its new anthology in June, which comes with a diverse collection of poetry as well as fiction and non-fiction works by a great line of talented writers and poets from the group.
Akron, OH, June 28, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Popular social media literary group The Writers Group has released its third anthology this month. Titled, “Now With Page Numbers,” the latest release is packed with a versatile collection of literary works created by a vast range of both emerging and accomplished writers and poets in the Meetup group.
“Now With Page Numbers” is available on Amazon for purchase.
The new anthology is a diverse selection of fiction, non-fiction, poetry and excerpts from published works, penned by the members of The Writers Group. Submissions include selections by: April Sharp, Amanda Leonard, Ben DiCola, Bob Gray, Brett Tipton, Carol Grzeschik, Carol Vaccariello, Christine A. Hazen, David "RedButton" Williams, Don “The Snarky Gardener” Abbott, Don Ake, Donna Patterson, Jacqueline Baxter, Joseph Pryweller, Kora Sadler, Laurie Peel, Lewis Jenkins, Matthew Davenport, Pat Hunsicker, Patty Lovell, Rui Xu, and Russell Henley.
“We are excited to announce the launch of our much awaited third anthology. Variety is the spice of life and thus our new anthology is adorned with a vast and versatile range of literary works, including both fiction and non-fiction created by some of the most promising writers and poets of our group to cater to a wide range of readers out there. We have received great response with the first two and we are hoping for the same great level of appreciation with our latest one,” stated Kora M. Sadler, the founder of The Writers Group.
Interestingly, the title of the 3rd anthology bears reference to a funny incident that happened during the release of the second anthology published by The Writers Group. In Sadler’s words:
“The title of our third anthology 'Now With Page Numbers' is named so for when we published our second anthology 'Many Shades Of Voices.' A funny thing happened when our whole shipment of books was unveiled in front of a live audience and we found out they were printed without page numbers... lol.”
Born in social Meetup group meetup.com/thewritersgroup, The Writers Group is an illustrious ensemble of scholars, poets, teachers, artists, students, screenwriters, singers, actors, comedians and also general geeks. The group has been meeting in Akron, Ohio, since 2014.
The popular Meetup group is aimed to help and encourage writers (18+) of all levels and of all genres in their pursuit of a successful career as a published author. The Writers Group supports both new and seasoned writers. A great line up of writers from the group has professional credits to their name from many publishing houses and many of the writers here hold literary representation.
“For new writers, we extend positive feedback to encourage their baby steps in writing and also show them the best methods to enrich their literary creations. In regards to experienced writers, we guide them with constructive critiques to help them sharpen their works in their way to submission for publication. Your purchase of our third anthology will support and inspire our local writers to come up with their best and make a name for them in near future.”
