AD1 Global Hotels Awarded Certificates of Excellence
Hollywood, FL, June 27, 2018 --(PR.com)-- AD1 Global, a hospitality company located in Hollywood, Florida, recently announced that two of its hotels received Certificates of Excellence from TripAdvisor. The Comfort Inn International Drive and the Quality Suites Royale Parc Suites, both located in Orlando, were the recipients of the accolade.
Since 2011, this award recognizes hospitality businesses all over the world that deliver consistently great service and receive outstanding reviews from travelers.
“TripAdvisor is proud to play this integral role in helping travelers feel more confident in their booking decisions,” said Heather Leisman, vice president of industry marketing.
According to TripAdvisor’s website, only 10% of total businesses on TripAdvisor earn the award every year. In order to qualify, “a business must maintain an overall rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.”
Last year, Frank Pacienza, Comfort Inn International Drive’s general manager made it a goal to further improve the hotel’s service level. Having received this award once before, he set out to discover why people love and choose to stay at his hotel.
“Not only do we live up to Choice standards and expectations, but our employees love to take care of our guests,” he concluded. “First and foremost, for myself it’s very positive that my company gives me the tools that allow me to improve the hotel. What I am really proud of is that we created a culture here where the staff is committed to the mission of providing a stellar guest experience.”
This latter sentiment is echoed by the company’s president, Daniel Berman, who is a firm believer in the power of teamwork and customer service.
