Abstract
The increasing use of automated pricing systems has been creating enforcement challenges due to the ability of algorithms to complicate discovery of unlawful deals and ease collusions. These regulatory uncertainties surrounding the new technologies pose various concerns to businesses, considering or using pricing algorithms, since it could subject them to government investigations or litigation.
However, although there's already a crackdown on automated pricing systems' anticompetitive use, companies should not sidestep the significant opportunities offered by new technologies just because they fear antitrust liability.
In this Live Webcast, a panel of distinguished professionals and thought leaders assembled by The Knowledge Group will help businesses and their counsel understand the important Antitrust aspects of this significant topic. They will provide an in-depth discussion of recent trends and developments concerning Pricing Algorithms and Collusions. Speakers will also offer best practices in optimizing these new technologies while complying with antitrust laws.

• Pricing Algorithms and Collusions: Recent Trends and Developments
• Enforcement Challenges
