Speed Networking Highlight of August Tampa Bay Charity Coalition Luncheon
Clearwater, FL, July 07, 2018 --(PR.com)-- On August 22, the Church of Scientology Flag Service Organization is hosting its bi-monthly Charity Coalition Luncheon in the Crystal Ballroom of Downtown Clearwater’s Fort Harrison. This month’s luncheon will highlight the work of the Community Service Foundation as well as speed networking segment. Doors open at 11:30 a.m.
After some networking, guests will help themselves to a complimentary lunch buffet prepared by the Fort Harrison chefs. Mr. Dylan Pires, Community Affairs Director for the Church of Scientology in Clearwater, will serve as the MC and facilitator of the networking segment.
“Speed networking is where people get a chance to meet new people, give their elevator pitch, trade cards and move on,” said Mr. Pires. “It is a quick way to make a lot of new contacts in non-profit circles. Networking is one of the most popular aspects of our luncheons, and speed networking takes it to the next level.”
At each luncheon, a non-profit organization is highlighted and has the opportunity to tell the other groups what their community involvement is. This month, the Community Service Foundation will talk about the work they’ve done to provide housing for Pinellas County residents over the last 60 years.
“We are always very excited to host these networking events,” said Mr. Pires. “All of us working together is the only way we are going to make the difference in the community. Because of this, the extra networking segment is back by popular demand.”
