David & Krystal Peterson closed on Jackson Storage Solutions, a 120 Unit (13,075 sq. ft.) Facility located in Jackson, Tennessee on May 1, 2018. Their Mentors were Dao Tran & Dev DeLong.

Ernie Pecoraro closed on Aaron’s Self Storage a 190 unit (15,000 sq. ft.) Facility located in Clearwater, Florida on June 15, 2018. His Mentor was Greg Michael (a former Student, multi-facility Storage Owner & Mentor for Scott).

Leila & Scott Durnford closed on All Star Storage, a 385 Unit (39,240 sq. ft.) Facility in Greer, SC, on June 5, 2018. Their mentor was Marie Terada (a former Student, multi-facility Storage Owner & Mentor for Scott).

Armand D'Errico just closed this past week on Cartersville Self Storage Center, a 110 Unit (15,300 sq. ft.) Facility in Cartersville, Georgia on Friday, June 29, 2018. His mentor was Anne Williams (one of Scott’s longest tenured Mentors of 8 years who has personally assisted numerous Facility Owners).
