AD1 Global Purchases Independent Hotel to be Converted to Tapestry Collection by Hilton
Hollywood, FL, July 11, 2018 --(PR.com)-- AD1 Global, a fast-growing hospitality company located in Florida, recently announced the purchase of the Daytona Beach Shores Hotel.
This marks the fifth hotel the company has acquired in 2018, and the fifteenth overall in their portfolio. They plan to convert the property into a Tapestry Collection by Hilton Hotel in the near future.
“This acquisition takes us to a new level. We’re partnering with Hilton to offer an independent hotel experience in a highly-desired location with Hilton’s world-class standards, which is a first for us and is very exciting,” said Daniel Berman, president of AD1 Global. “It will definitely be very exciting for the guests as well.”
According to Hilton, the Tapestry Collection was “curated due to customer and owner demand for original upscale hotels that cater to guests seeking reliability and value in their independent hotel choices.”
Located in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, the 110-room oceanfront hotel finds itself at the nexus of many nationally and regionally recognized events. Daytona is home to over sixty renowned art, music, and one-of-a-kind pop culture festivals, and is considered the Festival Capital of Florida.
“Big-ticket events like the Daytona 500 and the Coke 400 are just the tip of the iceberg,” said Berman.
However, while the area is famous for its festivals and events, the beach is the main attraction for many families.
“Daytona Beach Shores is the perfect place to bring family and friends. What better place to spend the day than at the world’s most famous beach?” said Monica Quarto, the hotel’s general manager.
AD1 Global has assembled a seasoned transition team that has facilitated the seamless transfer of ownership, allowing for minimal loss of productivity and revenue.
“The transition overall has been very easy and smooth,” said Quarto. “Everyone has been incredibly supportive and warm.”
As the company looks towards the future, they are working hard to add more hotels to their portfolio.
“We are very happy with our recent acquisitions and are actively looking for more opportunities,” said Gisela Levy, vice president of acquisitions. “It’s been a very busy few months and we hope to keep this wave of success going.”
AD1 Global’s portfolio has quickly expanded to now include fifteen hotels, including internationally recognized brands such as Hilton, Marriott, and Wyndham. The company is actively engaged in finding new acquisitions. For more information, please visit www.ad1global.com.
