Indigenous Media Group Engages Knoll Global Business Partners to Grow Nativeflix Value and Market Share

Nativeflix, with over 500 hours of streaming programs, takes action to accelerate acquisition of content, and growth of subscriber base.

Albuquerque, NM, July 16, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Netflix and other primary Streaming content providers have trained consumers to expect that content to be available for consumption on every platform and device. Audiences are moving their attention away from traditional television to Over The Top (OTT) and digital video platforms. The average consumer watches four more hours of streaming video every week than they did four years ago, while traditional TV viewing time is down by 2.5 hours per week. The growth of services in the OTT space has been immense. According to Digital TV Research, SVOD (subscription video on demand) revenues are predicted to soar from $11.13 billion in 2015 to $25.71 billion in 2021. The global OTT market - primarily comprised of subscription-based video on demand (VOD), transactional VOD, and advertising-supported VOD - has gained significant traction in the last year.

Nativeflix, www.NativeFlix.com, is quickly becoming a player in the OTT arena. With plans to become the largest aggregator of indigenous program content, the platform will be the “go to” service for those wanting to view indigenous content. Indigenous Media Group, the owner of the Nativeflix platform, has contracted the services of Knoll Global Business Partners to grow Nativeflix value and market share. In addition to management services, Knoll Global Business Partners company Turquoise Trail Releasing will handle relicensing of content and creation of original content. The company has licensed several shows in production to Nativeflix. Under the agreement Indigenous Media Group founder, Tim Harjo serves as the CEO and Kenneth Segura Knoll will serve as COO. "The OTT arena is growing rapidly, and NativeFlix provides content that stands out and has a wide audience appeal. It can be very successful because of multiple revenue opportunities for the content,” stated Kenneth Segura Knoll.

The company also plans to be active in a multiple of Film Festivals, Native Conferences, and Events across the country. “As the OTT industry grows we are perfectly positioned to grow with it and be a leader providing indigenous programming to everyone, we now have a strong team to lead us into the future,” stated Tim Harjo.
