Catlett Earns the CFP® Certification

Oak Ridge, TN, July 18, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Cassandra Catlett, Financial Planning Coordinator with C&J Wealth Advisors, has earned the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®). This accreditation is awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards (CFP Board) in accordance with their certification requirements.

The CFP® marks identify those individuals who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination covering the following areas: the financial planning process, risk management, investments, tax planning and management, retirement and employee benefits and estate planning. CFP® professionals agree to meet ongoing continuing education requirements and to uphold CFP Boards’ Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility, Rules of Conduct and Financial Planning Practice Standards.

Cassandra is also a Certified Public Accountant and assists the financial advisors and clients to develop financial plans that assess, manage, and strategize for long-range growth. Recently, she served as an Associate Professor of Accounting for Carson Newman University. She holds BS degrees from Carson-Newman University in Accounting and Computer Information Systems and a MAcc from the University of Tennessee.
