· Highland City Diner is opening with a 3,038 square foot restaurant in Highland Town Center at 5185 US Highway 98 South in Lakeland, Fla. The Publix anchored 95,638 square foot shopping destination is 86 percent leased. The diner is 2.3 Miles South of the Polk Parkway and Polk State College and north of the new 100-acre Lakeland Regional Medical Center.
· Founded in Land O' Lakes, Fla. in 2003, Capital Tacos is expanding to St. Petersburg, Fla. with a 2,500 square foot store in Mainstream Plaza at 5240 4th Street North. The Nicklaus of Florida 15,078 square foot retail property is at full capacity. Justin Boudreau of Hybridge represented Capital Tacos, a nationally awarded Tex-Mex taco shop.
