Miami office closes on four Publix anchored shopping destinations.

Crossman & Company Associate Fernando Espino of the Miami office closed the transactions for the four Publix Supermarket anchored shopping destinations.
· Sport Clips is coming to the 127th St Shopping Center at 12850 Biscayne Blvd. in Miami. The Georgetown, Texas-based brand is leasing 1,245 square feet. The newly redeveloped center is 99 percent leased. Arthur Shifrin of Koniver Stern represented Sports Clips.
· All Chicken Grill has leased 1,400 square feet in the Paradise Promenade at 6013 Stirling Road in Davie, FL. The 70,000 square foot center is 97 percent leased. All Chicken Grill signed a five-year lease.
· Crossroads of Lehigh Acres at 5781 Lee Blvd. is the new home for King Crab Crawfish of Ft. Myers, Fla. The restaurant is leasing 1,400 square feet. The Crossroads of Lehigh Acres is 92 percent leased.
· Snow Kool has signed a lease for 1,125 square feet in the Doral Isles Shopping Center at 10755 NW 58th St. in Doral. Ricky Lin of Neale Real Estate represented Snow Kool. The center is 98 percent leased.
