Psychological Associates Promotes Two Team Members

St. Louis, MO, July 25, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Psychological Associates, a consulting company that applies behavioral science to business performance, recently promoted Christel Barbee to Director of Human Resources and Melissa Joost to Operations Manager.

Barbee has 10 years of operations, organizational development, and managerial experience. Her responsibilities include handling the company’s payroll, as well as overseeing benefits administration. She will work with onboarding and training, talent management, and internal project management. Barbee earned her Master of Science degree in Psychology - Leadership Development and Coaching from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, Mo. She is a member of Human Resource Management Association (HRMA) of St. Louis.

Joost’s responsibilities include integrating and overseeing all of the company’s products and services. She will directly supervise the administrative team, as well as implement procedures and goals for the operations staff. Joost earned her Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a specialization in Advertising/Integrated Marketing Communications from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL.
