Todd Henricks of Beverly Hills Honored Among Top 4% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Agents Nationwide

Beverly Hills, CA, July 26, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Fulfilling a goal he set when he became a real estate agent, Todd Henricks has reached another sales milestone as an agent with the Beverly Hills office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. He has earned the impressive President’s Circle award, placing him among the top 4 percent of agents in the vast Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices national network.

“My goal when I changed careers in 2015 was to be the best,” Todd said. “During my first full year, I achieved Leading Edge Society status (top 7 percent of network agents nationwide), and last year I achieved President's Circle, a testament to my dedication to my clients and the profession. Todd received his President’s Circle award at the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices annual sales conference in San Antonio, Texas.

Passionate about architecture, Todd lives resides in the Hollywood Hills in an architectural house that he painstakingly restored. He is a docent at Frank Lloyd Wright’s Hollyhock House in Los Angeles, and a member of the Los Angeles Conservancy, whose mission is to preserve and revitalize the historic architectural and cultural resources of Los Angeles County.
