Toll Brothers Colorado Recognized as "Best Place to Work" Finalist

Englewood, CO, August 01, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Toll Brothers Colorado was recently recognized by the Denver Business Journal as a “Best Workplace” finalist among local home builders and in the top five overall for businesses of the same size.

The awards recognize companies in the Denver area providing the top workplace environment and engaging their teams. Employees for each nominated company were asked to complete the Quantum Workplace employee engagement survey, which measures 10 key engagement categories. Those include team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits. In order to gather statistically sound results, companies had to reach a minimum level of employee participation — based on total number of employees — to be eligible to be named a finalist.

Toll Brothers started building luxury homes in Colorado in 2000, and now has nine communities under construction from Fort Collins to Douglas County. The company has 115 employees and growing in Colorado.

“There are many things we do to engage employees in our company,” says Mark Bailey, Toll Brothers Colorado Division President. “Most recently, about 30 employees hiked Mt. Evans together for our annual employee outing of hiking a 14er. We also raise money together for community causes such as participating in Tour for the Cure Bike Ride for the American Diabetes Association, Alex’s Lemonade Days for Childhood Cancer Research and growing mustaches for the Movember Campaign to increase awareness of men’s health issues.
