Bowtie Kids to Tie the Knot to Support Children Impacted by Chronic Pain

Fort Lauderdale, FL, August 02, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Bowtie Kids, the non-profit organization devoted to children and families impacted by chronic pain, is hosting their inaugural Tie the Knots – Become Aware. Commit to Care. Kick-off event taking place at Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Lauderdale, IL Lugano on National Bowtie Day, Aug. 28, 2018 (5:30 pm – 7:30 pm).

At Bowtie Kids – Courage & Confidence for Kids with Chronic Pain, they say Yes, tying the knot on National Bowtie Day can improve lives. Defining chronic pain as an unbearable constant physical pain that limits and interferes with the childhood experience, Bowtie Kids wants to give kids more Yes’s to recess on the playground, more Yes’s to birthday parties with their friends, and more Yes’s to family fun nights.

Excited to share not just the mission and vision, but with the support of friends and the community they want to show why Tying The Knot can give children living with chronic pain a better quality of life. The event will include plenty of raffles, food, and music, plus winners from Bowtie Kids' social media Tie the Knots bowtie contest will be revealed live.

Why a Bowtie? Wearing a bowtie is a powerful statement! It’s about being courageously confident! Bowtie Kids works to design a space where children and families impacted by chronic pain can create these very same positive feelings about life.
