Psychological Associates to Hold Leadership Workshop

St. Louis, MO, August 05, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Psychological Associates, a consulting company that applies behavioral science to business performance, will host a Leadership Through People Skills (LTPS) workshop for both new and established leaders. The three-day intensive workshop will be held Tues., Oct. 16 and Wed., Oct. 17 from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Thurs., Oct. 18 from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The program will be held at the Charles F. Knight Executive Education & Conference Center located at One Brookings Dr. on the campus of Washington University in St. Louis.

LTPS mixes discussion and role playing to show participants how behavioral styles can hinder or lead to success. The program focuses on the company’s exclusive Q4 Dimensional Model of Behavior – an easy-to-follow structure that categorizes behavior into logical groupings – which is known in the industry for inspiring high-performance behavior and attaining comprehensive results.

Psychological Associate’s Vice President of Performance Consulting Dr. Patricia Bagsby will lead the sessions. With 12 years of experience in training and facilitation, Dr. Bagsby brings an integrated approach of behavioral sciences, change management, and process improvement principles to the workshop.
