Florida Artist Douglas Sandler Sells His First Painting

Panama City, FL, March 13, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Today American Creative Services announces that Florida artist and Mental health Parity activist Douglas Sandler sold his first painting. The painting which is titled "Self Rage" is a 11 by 14 acrylic painting that was sold off his web site to a buyer from California who declined to allow his name to be used for approximately $350. The artist said, "I am happy to have sold my first work, even if the buyer was bashful and unwilling to come forward."

The artist who is an activist fighting for mental health parity and who's art reflects his feelings is still fighting the cause. The artist hopes that this small sale will help him sell more and finally be taken seriously.
