He holds a MScBA from the University of Berne as well as a Swiss CPA and is specialized in anti-bribery and corruption investigations (focus on FCPA) as well as fraud prevention. Performed and led a variety of anti-bribery and corruption investigations as well as FCPA reviews in various countries, such as China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, India, Jordan, Nigeria, Angola, Madagascar, Mexico, Argentina, Switzerland, Germany, France and Russia. Furthermore, he has developed several trainings related to anti-bribery and corruption for several companies. Abstract
Just recently, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) published the New Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS) Standard ISO 37001. The Standard is the very first international standard for anti-bribery management systems and will provide a common baseline and series of measures for organizations worldwide to help them prevent, detect and manage bribery risks.
