InCorp Acquires Ardent’s Non-Audit Business
Acquisition Strengthens InCorp Group’s Position as Major Regional Corporate Services Player
Singapore, Singapore, August 22, 2018 --(PR.com)-- InCorp Group, Singapore’s leading corporate services provider, announced today the acquisition of the non-audit business units of Ardent, an award-winning audit, outsourcing and advisory firm in Singapore. Having started up in 2008, Ardent’s non-audit business units provides solutions in corporate tax compliance and planning outsourcing solutions in accounting, payroll and financial reporting risk management and governance advisory corporate restructuring and insolvency business advisory, business valuation and M&A transaction support.
