Singer Dan DiPrete Releases Second Single of 2018

Narragansett, RI, August 25, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Solo artist / producer Dan DiPrete is proud to announce the release of his second single this year, "The Ghost In You," along with an original video.

"The Ghost In You" is a multi-textured, smooth production and a fresh take on the 1980s hit. "I always loved the song by The Psychedelic Furs and wanted to cover it, this time with a warmer, more analog, chill vibe," said DiPrete. "It's got a great, upbeat melody, contrasting with a melancholy story of someone who can't move on from a previous relationship."

This is one of the first projects DiPrete worked on with engineer Michael White, who’s extensive background includes recording and engineering albums for Whitney Houston, The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, etc.

He’s also worked with Big Noise since Winter 2018, who is providing career consultation, direction, and PR.

In early 2018, DiPrete also produced and released his first single, a cover of John Lennon's "Imagine," which was included on a compilation album entitled "Love Is Love (Artists for Equality)." This represented a major career breakthrough for DiPrete as the album also included Grammy Award-winning artist Tiny Tavares and music legend France Joli.
