Number One HomeSmart Team Adds Two Former RE/MAX Members

Denver, CO, September 06, 2018 --(PR.com)-- The Colorado First Time Homebuyer team sold more units than any other HomeSmart team in 2016 and 2017 and is in the process of expanding. Previous RE/MAX employee Chris Pranger and RE/MAX franchise owner Natasha Korobeynikov have joined the team to further the expansion and success.

With over ninety-five thousand followers, the Colorado First Time Homebuyer Facebook page has been influential to the teams' success. Future expansion teams will use similar social media tactics to sell homes to first time homebuyers in other states.

Pranger is responsible for the development of all future expansion teams inside and outside of Colorado. Previously he was a member of the business development team for RE/MAX International.

Formally the owner-broker of RE/MAX Uptown in Denver, Korobeynikov has joined the team to handle the coaching, training and mentoring of new and existing agents.
