Allentown Charter School EEACS Now Offering Full-Day Kindergarten
Executive Education Academy Charter School in Allentown is offering full-day kindergarten.
Allentown, PA, August 29, 2018 --(PR.com)-- While many Lehigh Valley school districts debate the value of full-day kindergarten, one Allentown elementary school is witnessing the difference full-day kindergarten can make firsthand.
Allentown’s Executive Education Academy Charter School, which serves students in grades K-12, is offering full-day kindergarten to its more than 100 kindergarten students.
The school’s curriculum is aligned with Pennsylvania State Standards, teaching students mathematics, reading, and writing basics. However, the school also offers ESL, gifted, and special education courses for students, in addition to its celebrated business education curriculum. This specialized corporate curriculum prepares students for the business world with lessons in software, graphics, and keyboarding.
“Through full-day kindergarten, we are able to take the time to not only teach students in core content areas but also in specialized areas guaranteed to help them thrive in the classroom and beyond,” says Tiffany O’Brien, Chief Academic Officer of the Allentown charter school.
Parents can enroll their incoming kindergarten students in the Lehigh Valley charter school by scheduling a tour https://www.ee-schools.org/tour/.
