As a lease administrator, Ms. Burkard successfully performed many quasi paralegal functions such as responding to sublet requests and formal rent overcharge complaints, which saved her company thousands of dollars in legal fees over many years. As a salesperson, she has brought many difficult and challenging deals to the closing table through skillful negotiation and diligence. Her background in real estate matters and experience in property management has allowed her to develop problem solving skills and written and oral communication skills, which she uses in her current sales career. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Joseph, listening to music, doing crossword puzzles, physical fitness, decorating, and her cats.
