Jared Williams will serve as Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate’s Director of Capital Markets.

Williams will serve as the Director of Capital Markets at Menlo Group, enabling the company to expand its investment services. Williams will guide clients through acquisitions and dispositions to help them reach their real estate investment goals.

At Menlo Group, Williams will expand upon the investment experience he gained during his four years at Scottsdale-based ORION Investment Real Estate, where Williams focused primarily on multi-tenant retail sales. When he left the company, he had closed over $45 million in consideration and currently has nearly $10 million in listings. He hopes to replicate that success at Menlo Group.
