Bethlehem, PA, September 12, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Today, Moravian College announced that it ranks #155 in the Best National Liberal Arts Colleges category in the 2019 college rankings released from U.S. News & World Report, moving up ten spots from its 2018 ranking.
“Moving up ten spots in the U.S. News & World Report rankings is a result of the hard work put in by our students, faculty, and staff over the last couple of years,” said Bryon Grigsby, president of Moravian College. “As an institution we’re always striving to improve; whether it’s in the classroom, in the technology and services we provide to enhance learning, or by developing new programs to support overall student success. This move up in the U.S. News rankings shows these efforts are paying dividends.”
According to the 2019 Best Colleges rankings methodologies: “The rankings evaluate colleges and universities on 16 measures of academic quality. They allow you to compare at a glance the relative quality of U.S. institutions based on such widely accepted indicators of excellence as first-year student retention, graduation rates and the strength of the faculty.”
