SMD to Speak at 2018 HR Academy

Atlanta, GA, September 12, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Co-managing partner Scott Mondore of Strategic Management Decisions (SMD), a results-focused employee survey and assessment company, will be presenting at 2018 HR Academy, which is hosted by the Northern Virginia’s (Northern VA) Society for Human Resource Management. Dr. Mondore’s program titled, Human Resources (HR) as a Strategic Business Partner: Smarter Analytics to Drive Outcomes, is designed to equip HR leaders at all levels with the understanding and strategy to connect HR data to business outcomes through predictive analytics.
