Rush Receives Board Certification in Wills, Trusts and Estates

Rush has been an attorney with Farr Law Firm since 2013 and focuses his practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and related tax matters. He received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from University of Florida Graduate Tax Program in 2013. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012 and received his Juris Doctor in 2012 from University of Florida Levin College of Law. Mr. Rush also received his Bachelor of Arts from University of Florida in 2008.
Rush is active in the community and supports a number of local organizations. He is a Director for the Library Foundation for Sarasota County, the South Sarasota United Way, and the Sarasota County Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Division. He is a member of the Southwest Florida Estate Planning Council and the Venice Estate Planning Council.
