Cedar Lake Cellars Hires General Manager

St. Louis, MO, September 13, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Cedar Lake Cellars, a year-round winery and event venue, recently hired Larry Pearson as its General Manager. His responsibilities involve handling the overall operations, growth and profitability for the company. This includes overseeing daily business operations and financial systems, managing staff training and development, and cultivating vendor and customer relationships.

Prior to joining Cedar Lake Cellars, Pearson worked as the General Manager at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre, which is a Live Nation Entertainment venue. He previously served as Director of Ticketing for the company.

The winery currently sells craft and domestic beer, as well as 16 Cedar Lake Cellars California or Paso Robles wines, 3 Swans handcrafted wines from the West Coast, 25 wines of the world, and signature wine slushies. A new mixed drink menu features a wide assortment of liquors and mixes to choose from.
