VirtuOx and Brightree Launch Diagnostic Testing Integration
Coral Springs, FL, September 17, 2018 --(PR.com)-- VirtuOx, one of the world’s largest home diagnostic testing providers, and Brightree®, the leading provider of cloud-based healthcare software and solutions for the post-acute market, have announced a completed integration that enables streamlined workflows for home medical equipment companies to utilize both VirtuOx and Brightree.
This interoperability enables closed-loop communications that will benefit HME providers, patients, and referral sources.

Brightree’s technology will allow HME providers to route orders for VirtuOx services directly in their Brightree workflow. Providers will be able to send information electronically through the interface to complete the pulse oximetry test ordering process, avoiding duplicate data entry and automating inbound results delivery as they order tests and process results. Automating the electronic ordering workflows within the Brightree system will replace manual paper submissions done by fax and phone or through a website.
