Cedar Lake Cellars Hires Executive Administrator

St. Louis, MO, September 23, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Cedar Lake Cellars, a year-round winery and event venue, recently hired Allison Carroll as Executive Administrator. She will oversee the company’s business office operations, as well as assist all department leaders with a variety of administrative tasks. Carroll has more than 14 years of hospitality industry experience.

Prior to joining Cedar Lake Cellars, Carroll served as a manager at a wedding venue in Georgia and previously as a food and beverage supervisor at a California hotel. She earned her Associates in Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Ventura College in Ventura, Calif. Carroll also earned her Certified Event and Wedding Planner certification from the QC School of Event and Wedding Planning.

“Allison is an extremely organized individual with an extensive hospitality industry background,” said Cedar Lake Cellars’ proprietor Carl Bolm. “She will truly be an asset at our winery when coordinating all the details that go into our special events and weddings.”

The winery currently sells craft and domestic beer, as well as 16 Cedar Lake Cellars California or Paso Robles wines, 3 Swans handcrafted wines from the West Coast, 25 wines of the world, and signature wine slushies. A new mixed drink menu features a wide assortment of liquors and mixes to choose from.
