Green Rhino Announces the RhinoEnergy Battery Storage Product Line
Apopka, FL, September 26, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Green Rhino announced, at the Solar Power International 2018 in Anaheim CA, the launch of their RhinoEnergy Storage product line based on Lead Crystal Batteries and including Schneider inverter technology. The units come in 2.3, 4.6, 9.3 and 18.6 KWh storage capacities. Their largest model, the 18.6 Tower can be further expanded up to 223 KWh in battery storage. “We have designed the RhinoEnergy line with the wishes of the consumer as well as the installer in mind. The RhinoEnergy units are easy to install, batteries have a long life, and the unit has everything included in one box,” said Carl Boyd, CTO at Green Rhino Energy.
The batteries designed for this product line are the Lead Crystal Batteries powered by Betta Batteries. Lead Crystal Batteries give a lithium-like performance but at a much better price point. The RhinoEnergy Storage product are recyclable and much safer than most other batteries including Lithium, these batteries are less vulnerable to extreme high and low temperatures. “Because of the unique characteristics and economics of the Lead Crystal Batteries, these energy storage systems are now affordable for everybody, and we are proud to have our batteries in the RhinoEnergy product line,” said Patrick Willemsen, CEO at Betta Batteries USA.
The RhinoEnergy product line uses primarily Schneider technology internally. The flagship model RhinoEnergy Tower contains the popular Conext XW inverter. The RhinoEnergy Tower is expandable up to over 80 KW.
