The Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach Broker Celebrates 25 Years as a Broker
Madeira Beach, FL, September 28, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach announced that Managing Broker Michael Wyckoff is celebrating his 25th anniversary as a broker.
Mr. Wyckoff has worked in the Gulf coast of Tampa Bay's real estate market for nearly 27 years.
Mr. Wyckoff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Florida State University, where his interest in real estate first began.
“I had a professor that was also a real estate investor and he shared a lot of real-world examples about buying, selling and managing real estate, which really piqued my interests,” said Mr. Wyckoff.
After graduating, Mr. Wyckoff immediately took a real estate license course in August of 1991 and received his broker's license in 1993. Building a foundation for his real estate career, he worked for a franchised real estate firm, became a trainer, earned his Florida Real Estate Instructor’s license in 1993 and later opened The Real Estate Learning Center. In 1997, Mr. Wyckoff opened Sun International Realty in Madeira Beach with Cherie Pattishall where he became the Managing Broker. The duo later changed the name to Vicinity Realty Services and then in 2015 joined Engel & Völkers.
“The best part of being a broker is being able to help real estate agents become better at what they do, while providing the very best service to our clients,” said Mr. Wyckoff. “I have a passion for serving our agents and our clients with the highest level of service. There is nothing I like more than to use my experiences to help others and watch them grow in their profession.”
