Atlanta, GA, October 01, 2018 --(PR.com)-- A partnership led by Wiedmayer & Co. today announced it has closed on the acquisition of 1840 Tucker Industrial Road, an existing single-story, shallow-bay, industrial warehouse, located in the Tucker/Stone Mountain Industrial submarket of Atlanta, Georgia, for approximately $750,000.00.
Situated in the Stone Mountain Industrial Park, which is a 4.1-million-square-foot, master-planned business park encompassing 69 buildings in the Tucker/Stone Mountain submarket of Atlanta. The asset is ideally located near the intersection of Stone Mountain Freeway (Highway 78) and Mountain Industrial Boulevard, minutes from Interstate 285.
