Mint Indian Bistro to Celebrate 10th Anniversary Throughout October
Diners will get specials throughout October, in return for social media follows.
Las Vegas, NV, October 10, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Mint Indian Bistro at 730 East Flamingo Road is celebrating the restaurant's 10th Anniversary with $1 Off per person for lunch buffet and $2 Off per person for Dinner throughout October. The restaurant opened their second location at 4246 South Durango Drive in 2016. Both locations are participating in the 10th Anniversary promotion.
Diners can claim this offer for both lunch and dinner at the two locations as many times as they like throughout the month of October.
Mint Indian Bistro was founded by husband-wife duo, Kris and Bindi Parikh, in 2008, with the food mantra: simple, colorful and flavorful Indian food that appeals to all five senses, no matter what your dietary philosophy. The restaurant offers many vegan, non-vegetarian, gluten-free, halal and Jain food options. In 2016, they opened a larger 225 capacity restaurant at Durango and West Tropicana.
Kris and Bindi thanked customers for their loyal patronage over the past decade.
"We are 10 years old, and we wanted to celebrate with our patrons. In the restaurant business, to last for a decade is a rarity. It is even more challenging to endure for this long when you are a locally owned and operated business in a city like Las Vegas," said Kris Parikh. "The second location truly helped us bring our mission to life as we revolutionized the dining experience with concepts never before seen in Indian restaurants in the United States." The new location introduced a live tandoor (clay oven) on the restaurant floor, a "teppanyaki" style chef table, live cooking stations, a self-pour bar, two sports bars and a complete banquet solution.
"I am grateful to my dedicated, talented, and passionate Team, including my four anchors, Manager Sujal, Chef Tarun, Chef Lok and Chef Manoj, who whip up the most delicious food for our diners," he added. "They constantly strive to delight customers and provide them with a memorable experience. Their razor-sharp focus on innovation, quality, and freshness of ingredients is second to none."
Innovation has always been in the restaurant's DNA. The restaurant introduced the Inferno Curry Challenge for extreme heat-seekers. "The challenge is held throughout October and provides diners who love super spicy food an opportunity to test their spice tolerance," Kris said. "It is not for the faint-hearted, as the curry includes South Carolina Reapers, Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Peppers and India's own Ghost Peppers a.k.a Bhut Jolokia, which are among the most extreme hot chilies from around the world."
Each year, from October 1-31, anyone who dares to attempt and finish Mint Indian Bistro’s signature Inferno Curry Challenge receives a most coveted spot on Mint Indian Bistro’s 'Wall of Flame.' In addition, they also receive a $50 Mint Indian Bistro gift card as well as an entry into a drawing for complimentary dinner entrées for a year (one per month, 12 entrées total).
Mint Indian Bistro is open 7 days a week, including long weekends and Holidays. They have a daily lunch buffet every day, including weekends.
