She has been involved in all phases of the litigation process, from assisting clients in pretrial discovery to supporting academic and industry experts in report and trial preparation. She has supported experts in numerous litigation matters involving class action claims and damages claims relating to the underwriting of mortgage loans. Ms. Hunt has supported academic affiliates in analyzing the performance of mortgages and RMBS, conducting statistical sampling of loans, assessing damages and potential exposure of clients, assessing the risk quantification and investment strategies of investors, and evaluating both buy-side and sell-side due diligence.
