Julio brings over 20 years of experience to VOS. As CTO, Julio will be responsible for evolving VOS Digital Media Group, Inc.'s global technology strategy, scaling the IT systems and infrastructure, deepening VOS's machine learning expertise, and driving execution on its roadmap to help create the world's best digital video and content buying and selling platform and experience.

He also led the AOL Search Technology organization, which was one of the most lucrative business units within AOL.
