Company co-founders V.R. Buzzotta, Ph.D. and Robert Lefton, Ph.D. met as students at Washington University. Dr. Lefton is currently the CEO of Psychological Associates, and Ann Buzzotta, daughter of the late Dr. Buzzotta, is the co-owner of the company which has 37 employees.
