Possibilities for Design Named Finalist for Three Model Home Merchandising Awards in 2018 MAME Awards
The annual MAME (Marketing and Merchandising Excellence) Awards are presented by the Sales & Marketing and Home Builders Association of Metro Denver.
Denver, CO, October 20, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Possibilities for Design of Denver, a national leader in model home merchandising and interior design, has been named as a finalist for three awards in the 2018 MAME (Marketing and Merchandising Excellence) Awards presented by the Sales & Marketing Council and Home Builders Association (HBA) of Metro Denver.
Possibilities for Design received three silver awards for “Best Interior Design of a Model Home.” Gold awards will be given at the awards ceremony taking place Nov. 10 at the Denver Center for Performing Arts.
All of Possibilities’ finalists exemplify the latest design trends of 2017-18 that appeal to a wide spectrum of potential home buyers. The firm received two awards for model homes in Williams Lyon’s Avion at Denver Connection community, priced $400,000 and under. Located in a prime location between Downtown Denver and DIA, Avion at Denver Connection is also up for “Community of the Year” boasting both traditional and contemporary architectural styles.
Possibilities for Design received its third award for the Ralston model home in Toll Brothers’ community of Flatiron Meadows in Erie, in the category of homes priced from $550,000 to $700,000. Toll Brothers at Flatiron Meadows is located within Boulder County’s premier master-planned community in a spectacular natural setting. In January, The Ralston model was honored as the top model home in the country priced between $500,000 - $700,000, by the National Association of Homes Builders.
