Flex Technology Group Welcomes New Chief Human Resources Officer to Align Strategy with People

Phoenix, AZ, October 24, 2018 --(PR.com)-- As Flex Technology Group (FTG) experiences hypergrowth and continues to expand their workforce to meet operational, sales and customer service demands, Rose Grande is stepping into the newly established role of chief human resources officer.

Rose brings to FTG an extensive background that is bolstered by nearly two decades of human resource and employee relations experience with American Traffic Solutions, StandardAero, Landmark Aviation, and General Electric. Rose holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Queens College and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from City University of New York–Brooklyn College.
