Argus Broker Affiliate Sells Kansas Self-Storage Facilities

Witchita, KS, October 28, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Larry Goldman, CCIM, and Brian Goldman of RE/MAX Commercial, are pleased to announce the sale of two self-storage facilities in the Wichita, KS MSA. All Storage of Maize and Park City sold to Red Dot Storage, who will expand their presence in Kansas and add scale to their holdings in the area. Red Dot will automate the facilities with their proprietary kiosks and POS systems.

The properties were offered as part of the All Storage Portfolio, but were split off to maximize value. Larry and Brian represented the sellers, who also assisted the buyers in their assemblage of all the properties over a 19-year period.
