Margaret-Ann Cole Joins Crenshaw Associates as President

An industry leader, Cole, brings over 20 years of talent and workforce experience to Crenshaw. As President, Cole will lead new product development, business development and service delivery.

Cole joins Crenshaw from Accenture where she led the North America Workforce Experience and HR practice. Previously, Cole held senior leadership roles in talent and human capital management for Right Management, Willis Towers Watson and PWC.

Margaret-Ann is President of the Board of Directors for Rebuilding Together NYC and is a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council. Margaret-Ann resides with her family in New Jersey.
