Ken Sikorski will assist in Counsellors’ ongoing expansion within Monmouth County.

Ken Sikorski comes to Counsellors Title Agency with a broad and distinguished knowledge of the title insurance industry, representing over four decades of professional title experience. In addition to Ken’s sales role, his responsibilities as a title officer he will help prepare title commitments, deal with attorneys, surveyors, lenders, and others in preparation for closings.

As a senior title examiner and licensed title producer, his professional expertise also includes extensive research and examination of public documents, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, maps, contracts and agreements, to name a few. He has reviewed thousands of problem or defective titles involving tidelands, tract searches and other complaints.
He holds an undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University and is a former member of the International Right-of-Way Association.
