Nationally-Acclaimed Florist in the "Black" in '08 with New Luxury Line of Exotic Blooms
Tiger Lily, a nationally-acclaimed florist located in Charleston, S.C., launched its new Black Market Designs line of flower arrangements, offering some of the rarest, most exotic flowers from across the globe, on Feb. 1.
Charleston, SC, March 19, 2008 --(PR.com)-- An exclusive Charleston, S.C., florist is offering its most discriminating clientele the new "black" for blooms for 2008. Tiger Lily, a nationally-acclaimed florist, launched the new Black Market Designs line of flower arrangements, offering some of the rarest, most exotic flowers from across the globe, on Feb. 1.
From Lobster Claw and peonies to Chocolate Cosmos and Black Forest Calla Lilies, Charlestonians, notorious for their taste in blooms thanks to the city’s historic heritage of courtyards, gardens and plantations, now have access to arrangements available in only a few major cities around the world.
Tiger Lily has dedicated two designers to the line who select the flowers from countries as far away as Ecuador, Israel, China and Holland and order them weekly specifically for Black Market Designs arrangements. Clients who request a Black Market Design receive a completely unique arrangement designed just for them from that week’s flower selection within 48 hours. Designed in the pave style with many flowers set close together, the arrangement arrives in an artisan container with a card describing where each bloom was grown.
“Black Market Designs have already been a huge hit with orders coming in every day, some for celebrities who are in town,” says Clara Gonzales, design director for Tiger Lily. “Clients are sending these most glamorous flowers from all over the world to thank someone for something really special. The card we included on our very first Black Market order read ‘Thanks for the weekend in Paris.’”
Tiger Lily’s Black Market concept will even land them on the cover of the floral industry’s national trade magazine “Floral Management” in May.
Prices for Black Market Design arrangements vary from $150 to $350. For more information or to place an order, please call 800-844-8199.
