The Nurses Pub Organization Joins National University (LAX) to Host for Nursing Community-the "Golden Experience" Seminar to Launch with Diverse Panelist and Speakers
Los Angeles, CA, November 06, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Everyone loves a "golden" experience—especially nurses that work tirelessly to care for others and nursing students trying to make it through the rigors of nursing school exams. With the support of National University LAX, The Nurses Pub Organization is hosting a "golden learning experience" seminar on November 13 for seasoned nurses seeking to elevate their careers as well as nursing students and motivated high school students seeking careers in nursing or in other medical fields.
The "golden experience" seminar will provide an opportunity for nurses and would-be nurses to have conversations with dynamic guest speakers and professionals from the nursing field to answer insightful questions about breaking into the field and how to thrive as a nursing student. Another portion of the seminar will push seasoned professionals to pursue secondary education programs.
One of the most important aspects of the seminar is a talk entitled, "How to De-Stress in Times of Stress: Infusing Positive Energy into Patient Care," which will help nurses learn to diffuse stress related challenges in the workplace and give strategies for the challenges of being a nursing student with a significant portion dedicated to decreasing stress during testing taking.
"The evening will be topped off with a diverse panel during our "Ask A Nurse" Q&A session and the panelists have a blend of nursing specialties to motivate, inspire and educate guests on any subject of interest," states Mona Clayton, MSN, RN, Organizer and CEO of The Nurses Pub Organization.
The panel will consist of Tiarra Hammond, RN, Telemetry for Dignity Health; David Uy, BSIE, ASN, RN and case manager from Kaiser Permanente-Outside Utilization Management; Sandra Villarreal, RN, BSN, PHN, President-Elect of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses (LANAHN) and scholarship committee chair and Continuing Care Case Manager for Kaiser Permanente. In addition, Host and CEO of The Nurses Pub, Mona Clayton, MSN, RN will contribute to the panel discussion.
