The buyer, Guillermo G. is a private investor living in Houston, Texas with years of experience as a project manger for the energy sector. The buyer’s strong relationship with the seller, engineering background, and interest in specialized services and project management were factors that motivated the buyer to purchase his first business, Ground Hog Foundation Drilling.
