Mark is a co-author of the Third Edition of Construction Delays, a comprehensive, practical treatise addressing the analysis of delays on construction projects. He was also a major contributor and continues to provide updates and revisions to the AACE International’s (AACEi) Recommended Practice No. 29R-03 for Forensic Schedule Analysis (RP-FSA).
