With 29 years of diversified experience in healthcare, Maryann’s background includes hospitals, urgent care centers, outpatient collection facilities, reference laboratories, pain management physicians and outpatient services, behavioral health facilities, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care facilities, transportation services, and information technology. Her skillset in contract negotiations, compliance, coding, billing, audits, finance, education, emergency management, environment of care, value-based purchasing and executive coaching will aid the firm in carrying out its mission of “making lives better through worthwhile work,” not only for clients but patients as well.

Over the course of Maryann’s career, her dedication and collaborative leadership style has contributed to a 56% increase in laboratory and cardiology patient experience scores; a 53% increase in employee engagement and reduction in turnover; a 15% reduction in readmissions; a 90% compliance with core measures for hospitals, long term care facilities, and skilled nursing; and improved value-based purchasing.

She holds a Bachelor of Health Science in laboratory management from Gwynedd Mercy College and an MBA from Eastern University. Maryann is also currently pursuing her PhD and several certifications.
